Tank Storage and Terminal Services Guarantee
For customers utilizing our storage, terminal, and logistics services, AYBL B.V. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and transparency.
Should a contracted storage, handling, or terminal service fail to be provided due to circumstances directly attributable to AYBL B.V., customers may submit a refund request for the affected portion of the service, subject to verification and contractual terms.
All claims must be supported by relevant documentation, including service agreements, correspondence, invoices, and proof of non-performance where applicable.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:
- Customer-initiated cancellation after service commencement.
- Delays caused by customs authorities, regulatory agencies, government actions, or other third parties.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, pandemics, port closures, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of AYBL B.V.
- Errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.
- Costs incurred through customer breach of contract or failure to meet agreed obligations.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers must:

- Clearly state the reason for the request.
- Provide all supporting documentation, including contracts, invoices, payment confirmations, and relevant correspondence.
- Submit the request within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the refund claim, unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement.
- Costs incurred through customer breach of contract or failure to meet agreed obligations.
Review and Approval Process
Upon receipt of a refund request, AYBL B.V. will review all submitted information and may request additional documentation where necessary.
Customers will typically receive an initial response within 5 to 10 business days. More complex cases may require additional review time.
AYBL B.V.’s decision regarding refund eligibility shall be made in accordance with the applicable service agreement and this Refund Policy.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 14 business days.
- Applicable bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or intermediary fees may be deducted unless the refund results solely from an error by AYBL B.V.
Non-Refundable Fees
